With the Leica CRF 2400-R, Leica Sportoptik (Wetzlar) has a laser development meter that uses a distance measurement of up to 2,400 yards (2,200 meters). In addition, north of the Leica Rangemaster CRF 2400-R a new LED display for future reading. The LED display adapts to the conversion brightness. Also noteworthy is the fast scan mode that detects the surroundings and targets that affect the knife every 0.3 seconds. The Leica Rangemaster CRF 2400-R gives the measured values in decimal steps up to a measuring distance of 200 yards (200 yards), making it possible to determine the distance even more clearly.
The new Leica Rangemaster CRF 2400-R – like its predecessor, the Leica Rangemaster CRF 1600-R – optionally specifies the level distance (EHR) relevant for hunting up to a distance of 1,200 yards (1,100 yards). Thus, the Rangemaster 2400-R is practically the angle-corrected distance specification, which is distance for a shot over the distance. This makes the Leica Rangemaster CRF 2400-R a true all-rounder and belongs to the hunter and long-distance shooter with all possible demands. The Rangemaster interests all relationship parameters with greater precision in just 0.3 seconds. Thanks to its handy design, it fits comfortably in any vest pocket – with a weight of just 185 grams. The excessive optics with a 7x magnification guarantee the best image brightness and a large field of view.
